Prime Minister Askar Mamin, as part of a working visit to the Republic of Turkey, took part in the 11th meeting of the Kazakh-Turkish intergovernmental economic commission.

As part of the Kazakhstan delegation, the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC Kazakhstan Engineering, Kuanysh Bishimov, held negotiations with the heads of companies such as Aselsan, Infotecs Technology, “Koç Holding” and the “Turkish Aerospace Corporation”.

During the meeting the sides discussed prospects of development of a joint enterprise "Kazakhstan Aselsan Engineering", as well as new projects for the production of mobile crypto telephones, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) and armored vehicles with localization in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The parties expressed interest in further extension and expanding bilateral cooperation for the implementation of joint projects.
