Deputy General Director for Operations
Zhumabaev Ruslan Isaevich
Started his professional career as an aircraft assembly mechanic at Aircraft Repair Plant No. 405. In 1989, graduated with honors from Tambov Higher Military Aviation School of Pilots named after M.M. Rasstov. In 2002, graduated with a gold medal from the Military Air Academy named after N.E. Zhukovsky and Yu.A. Gagarin.
During military service, held positions ranging from pilot to commander of an aviation base. Has a total flight time of over 3500 hours on military transport aircraft. Participated in combat operations on the Tajik-Afghan border.
After completing his military service, he graduated from the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M. Tynyshpayev with a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management (in Transport) Since 2006, he has continued his career in senior positions in commercial companies.
Currently, he holds the position of Deputy General Director for Operations, where he oversees the Administrative Department, the Department of Operations, the Department of Project Management and Marketing.
